Hunter B. Pitaniello

Hunter Pitaniello primarily works with medical residents in West Texas, focusing on retirement planning, wealth building, and insurance protection planning.
Hunter enjoys the diversity of his clientele, working with people from all types of industries and careers, including real estate, health care, public service, and small business owners. He appreciates the opportunity to apply his knowledge to his client's unique situations to create financial plans that align with their goals and values. "It's like putting together the pieces of a puzzle," says Hunter.
Hunter firmly believes that empathy and knowledge are the cornerstones of successful financial advising. "Knowledge isn't greater than empathy, but it's a huge piece," shares Hunter. He says it's also about having access to the right people and resources. He feels fortunate to work with mentors like his father and the partners at PFG Advisors, who have decades of experience. This belief supports that his clients feel understood and cared for.
As he serves his clients, he strives to establish trust in his commitment to their financial futures and the firm. He is rooted in the community and has a long-term outlook and commitment to his clients and his role here at PFG Advisors.
Hunter graduated from Abilene Christian University with a degree in Business Management. After graduation, he returned to Lubbock, Texas, and joined the team at PFG Advisors.
Outside of work, Hunter is well-rounded in his pursuits. He enjoys golfing, being active, and spending time with his wife, Karissa, and their daughter, Charlotte. They are actively involved at Redeemer church and spend much of their spare time with friends and family.
