Debbie Holt

I have been supporting Jay Eagan since 1982. I came over to PFG Advisors when he and the partners formed the firm. My job is to handle everything from appointments to applications to delivery for Jay’s practice and to do whatever else needs to be done administratively to make the partnership work.

What do you love best about your work?

I love all of it: the flexibility to do so many different things in a given day, and the ability to help clients. This is a great place to work: we work with good people who live by strong Christian values, who respect us, and whom we respect in return.

What are the biggest challenges you face at work?

Managing the changing demands of every day.

What does it take to be really good at what you do?

Being organized, paying attention to details, and knowing how to prioritize.

What are you most proud of at your work at PFG?

The opportunity to be an asset to Jay’s business.

What are you passionate about outside of work?

Grandchildren and family.

What is a little-known fact about you?

I like to water ski, but I cannot swim.
