How long have you worked with PFG Advisors?
I joined PFG Advisors in June of 2024.

Where are you from?
I was born in Duncan, Oklahoma, and by the grace of God, I was adopted into Big Spring, Texas and raised there until I became one of the less than 5% of foster youth to graduate high school. I moved to Lubbock almost a decade ago for college and have made it my home!

What does your educational and professional background look like?
I graduated from Texas Tech University with a BA in Communication Studies and am currently pursuing my MBA from their professional program.

What do you love best about your work?
The growth that’s required every day as you grow your adaptability skills with every changing circumstance.

What does it take to be really good at what you do?
Adaptability, attention to detail, and a big smile on my face every day I walk through the office doors.

What are you passionate about outside of work?
Outside of work I am a lived experience expert where I utilize my public speaking engagements to advocate for the broken foster system by telling my personal stories to rally the troops within communities to come together and make a change for the forgotten youth of our society.

What is a little-known fact about you?
I am bulletproof, with titanium rods installed during my spinal fusion to correct my scoliosis. I have conquered the foster system, defied all statistics pertaining to former foster youth, and am continuously a disruptor in the ongoing repetitive failure we call the foster system.
